FULL-SERVICE MANAGEMENT

We primarily manage Single Family Homes, Condos, Townhomes, and Multi-Family properties.  We manage your property as if it were our own and take care of the day to day challenges.  “We don't charge a dime until the lease is signed.”  From Application to lease agreement we are fully digitally.  

TENANT PLACEMENT SERVICES 

Our Tenant Placement Services will find you the right tenant for a one-time fee. You can continue to manage your property and receive 100% of the income.

We market your property, show your property from 7 AM to 7 PM daily, and find the best-qualified tenant for your property.  We prepare the rental agreement, collect the first month's rent, and the security deposit for you. 

ABOUT OUR BROKER

LaVon Jones, BROKER, and PROPERTY MANAGER, CAM, CMCA, CDPE, EPRO

Real estate management and sales come natural for LaVon. She was raised in a family that invested in real estate which involved the whole family in buying, building, repairing, and cleaning multiple rental properties.  Real estate and property management became her passion.

As a young college graduate, LaVon started her professional real estate sales career in 1977 in California. She has been active in real estate sales, and property management in Nevada since 1993. Take advantage of her vast experience. Her motto is to maintain clients for life. Her goals are to make your buying, selling, or property management experience successful and profitable.

LaVon is currently the Treasurer, for the local National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) Chapter in Northern Nevada.
